We are sorry that this mattress did not expand in the middle.
This mattress should have fully and evenly expanded within 48-hours of being opened. Seeing as it has been longer than this, it is possible that you received a rare defective unit and we will make it right for you.
Email us at: online@lucidmattress.com with proof of purchase and pictures of the mattress. Once we hear from you, we will be able to help you get a replacement or assist with a return to Home Depot if you prefer.
