Can this flooring be installed over a sound sheet vinyl floor?
Good Afternoon Darren, Thank you for reaching out! We do not suggest adding a sound sheet underneath our gluedown flooring. The flooring itself has a Traveling Sound Absorption 71Db I hope this helped. If you need further assistance, please reach out to CS@lucidasurfaces.com
Are there arrows on the back to match the pattern?
Good Morning Debbie, The arrow in the back of the plank shows the pattern direction. We always advise to lay down the planks before installing to get a look as to who the pattern will look on the floor! -Dina
What should we use to clean glue off?
Good Morning Jerry, Thank you for reaching out. Glue can be taken off by damping a microfiber towel and using white vinegar. Additionally, we do recommend using Bona cleaning products that can help!
Can this be installed over sound click lock vinyl plank flooring with a foam backing on it with proper prep?
No, we do not recommend installing a glue down vinyl floor over an existing click lock vinyl flooring as the product will have too much bounce and not be properly secured. You would need to remove the existing click lock flooring and install a 1/4" inch of interior grade plywood to the subfloor and secure it safely and then you can adhere the glue down material to the plywood.

in order for you to confirm if you need an underlayment you will need to run a moisture test first and then based on the reading you will need to see if the underlayment is necessary. the only recommended underlayment would be a 6mm poly plastics vapor barrier.
Is the Silkstone more brown or gray tones?
Silkstone #327 silkstone has more of a light gray tones
can I use this under a washing machine?
we do not recommend our materials to be installed under heavy furniture unless the weight is properly distributed.
do these tiles have a shiny look?
The GlueCore #323 unfortunately does not have a shiny finish, the tiles have a matte finish
