AnswerThis product would work fine in a three way with another switch but is only rated to control a fan load and not lighting.

AnswerUnfortunately, this control is not rated to handle a fan motor and should only be used to dim incandescent or halogen light bulbs. Lutron does offer a rotary style control that will work on a Ventilation fan.
