The rug itself was very plush and soft seemed to be well made. The picture shows this rug to be what they call beige. It was way darker, almost a taupe. I sent it back. Order the same rug in ivory and the color was more accurate to the picture.

This rug is amazing. My dog pooped on it, and by some miracle, I was still able to get it clean. Everyone thought I was impractical getting this gorgeous devil of a rug, but I knew it was the one. Especially the charcoal color. I will repeat buy if it wears out. I would give 4 stars because the strings come loose, but it looks so good and I can't find another like it. It is heavy and when you touch it, it feels more expensive.
