AnswersYes, it could be used for that but there are other options that are better solutions. Why not just buy a stainless steel sheet that is already sized and in the right finish for a dishwasher for a bit more money and use that instead. There are also mylar films designed exactly for that purpose that are self adhesive that stick on that cost a fraction of what stainless goes for.

AnswersIt's too thick of a material for that application plus there are systems available for gutters that would be more suitable for what you are looking for. Not sure if HD has these, but it's best to buy pre made systems for what your seeking.

AnswersYes, but keep in mind it is only 0.019 in. thick whereas the usual stainless steel count top material ranges from 16 (0.0625 in.) to 12 (0.109 in.) gauge stainless steel. The aluminum is also not magnetic like the galvanized steel you can purchase with the same dimensions.

Answersthe aluminum is very thin so you shouldn't stress it more than it can handle i guess it depends on what you mean by "held" if u drill holes, they should not be placed too close to edges for fear of tearing, depending on weight u wish it to bear more so if the attaching item will be wire material that could elongate the holes over time and ultimately cause attachment to fail ...

NOT 1/32" thick, it's 0.019" thick. And all pcs in stock were the same. There was NO 12" x 12" 1/32" aluminum sheet on display. Fortunately I can use the thinner material.

I used this sheet to seal off the base of a jerky drying rack I built a few years ago. Last year our neighborhood had an infestation of rats. To be prepared i am in the process of covering the rack in 1/2 inch wire mesh to allow air flow, and stop any unwanted critters.The jerky is fan dried for a week then it is ready. The base has no air circulation necessaty so a base plate saved me hours of extra labor.

Perfect door armor. I have to keep my dog locked up inside my laundry room while I am away at work, otherwise she does things on the living room carpet that I don't like. She dug a hole through the wooden door one day so I bought this metal to armor the door and make it dog-claw proof. It works like a charm, no more holes in the door and her claws slide across it without harming her.

This product was specifically picked out to be placed on my outside fireplace for grilling on as it had 1/2" holes in it. As the size I needed was 36" wide x 24" deep, so I folded over 24" and the 12" left over was placed in the back of fireplace under the blocks. So the folded 24" on itself works great for grilling over the wood fire and increases the life of the grill 2 fold....

The aluminum sheet was sent to me in a cardboard box, but somehow several places on the edges of the sheet was bent terribly. I was very disappointed, but didn't have time to return it. I will not order this product again.
