Quality product and outstanding customer service
This is an unpaid review for the 48” wide DS13 by MCOCOD. Had some questions, so sent an email to the CS and Steven from California answered me. Product is packaged in a very strong plywood box, I managed to installed the doors myself. Be very careful-keep the plastic corners on the glass. The YouYube video was a great help. I drilled the 5/16” for the brackets in stages to avoid cracking the wall. Overall this is a great product well packed, excellent quality, and outstanding customer service.

Looks great
I was looking for a soft close reversible shower door in matte black and this was one of the only ones I could find. I think it looks very nice.
The hardware that came with the door felt heavy and high quality. I like the dual towel racks it has which makes it easier to open the doors from the inside. The soft close feature is nice and prevents the doors from slamming. It was also very easy to install.

Pretty easy to install. Cutting the cross beam was more challenging than the instructions called for, but an electric mitre with a metal blade made easy work of it. That is a testament to the quality of the product.

Sturdy glass door
The door arrived on time and my bathroom remodeling plan started on time. I hired professional to install the door for $300. The glass is thick, looks nice with soft close, expensive but worth it.It only half the price of local custom shower door store that I found! I would recommend it.

Awesome Setup
After looking into the options for dual door bypass shower doors my eye caught this one. I really like the frameless look and even though it seemed expensive a bought it. When I first picked it up at HD I found that it must be built like a tank. The box it shipped in required two people to get it in the truck.
When I was ready to install it I watched the quick video on You Tube several times. If you take your time and take very good measurements this is a breeze to install. The template that comes with it made it super easy to mount at the correct height.
The door operation is smooth as silk and the sore close feature works great. If you are willing to take the price plunge you won’t be disappointed.

I had a contractor installed this. At first it was not installed properly because it was so noisy and the door did not shut all the way. Then, he fixed it and now it's completely silent and it shuts all the way. Looks very good too. It costs more than the others but I think it's a better quality.

Hi Olivia. The fixed position of the soft close will determine the closing position, please snap the top of anti-jump knob into the soft close groove after the door is closed, and tighten the set screws at both ends of the soft close to prevent it being displaced or damaged by impact. Amazing shower door
Amazing door. Shipping was fast and it was very well packed. The soft close is truly wonderful and works great. The towel bars are very helpful. The glass is thick, all hardware is high quality and shows off well. Very happy with our decision. Highly recommend this door if you need a wider door. The customer service was very helpful in answering our questions prior to us ordering and exploring other custom door options.
