Questions & Answers

Can this be painted and used in a board and batten application?

Is the texture on this sufficiently smooth in order to paint and use as wall paneling? Or, is it too rough/textured?
Asked by: Goaliee
Yes. I've done this in several rooms and in two houses now and it has always turned out great. I also used these to build "faux beams" in one house. This stuff is great for a lot of applications!

Asked by: CarouselBuilder
You could use bendable plywood around a form. Build thickness by doubling or tripling up and gluing. I had a similar application making columns at a jobsite.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really bendy! I used one of these as a form to set the exterior radius for a half-round concrete patio step in our back lawn. Very simple to use, and easy to work with. The board has plenty of 'give' to form into any shape you could possibly need. The concrete turned out great!
