The Metal Man 3-tier welding cart is designed to make maneuvering your welder easy. The single cylinder rack is capable of holding up to a 7-1/2 in. D, 80 lbs. cylinder of shielding gas and comes with a securement chain to hold the cylinder in place. The top shelf is slightly slanted putting the welder controls at an easy to use angle. The extra shelf levels provide convenient storage space for your welding accessories.

Q:Is there room to add a plasma cutter on the bottom or second shelf?

A:  Hello Buddy, The TTWC1 has a bottom shelf dimension of 17"X11" and a clearance of 12". The middle shelf dimensions are 15"X10-3/4" with a 10" clearance. I'm the size of your plasma cutter, but the Metal Man PC45DV plasma cutter would fit on the bottom shelf of this cart. I hope this helps, let us know if you have any other questions.     A:  Thanks for the question. The top shelf of this cart is 10-3/4 in. wide and is 17-1/2 inches long. Measure the foot print of your welder to make certain it will fit on the shelf. This cart does put the welder at about hip height. That will make the controls easy to see and adjust. You can also store up to an 80 Cu. Ft. cylinder for your shielding gas.

      A:  Thank you for the question. This cart will hold a cylinder that is 7-1/2 inches in diameter. That typically is up to 150 cubic feet maximum. Cylinders larger than that typically will be 10-1/2 inch diameters and will no longer fit on the cylinder tray.
