MMI DOOR Fiberglass Patio Doors are built to last and can add substantial curb appeal to your home. This fiberglass smooth patio door unit comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty on both the door component and the prehung MSystem as well as a 10 year glass lite warranty. All of our fiberglass smooth patio doors are virtually maintenance free and will not warp, rot, dent or split. Our prehung door unit (called the MSystem) seals out the weather and practically eliminates air and water infiltration all together. Nominal door size is 64 in. x 80 in. Overall unit dimension is 67 in. x 81.75 in. The suggested rough opening is 67.5 in. x 82.25 in. This unit comes on a 4-9/16 in. wide primed composite frame. Sliding screen is included.

  • Low-E clear glass has a special, tinted coating to prevent UV rays from entering, so you can enjoy the visibility of clear glass with superior insulation

  • Center-hinged right-hand inswing
  • When viewed from the exterior of the home, the door on the left side is active, hinges are on the right and the door swings into the home
  • Active door and frame are prepped for both entry knob and deadbolt 2-1/8 in. bore diameter with 2-3/4 in. backset (locks sold separately)
  • Patio unit is center hinged with 1-active door
  • White sliding screen is included and can be attached to the sill

        Horrible quality due to craftsmanship. Door wasn't plum to its frame and didn't close well, hinges screwed at angels and some where stripped, and door handles/locks were drilled and off by at least an inch with the frame. Home Depot Reps were very good, but it took over 8 weeks to get the doors and we had to make due with them bc of timing.

        The door itself was exactly what we wanted. The delivery was a little upsetting. They dropped the door right in front of our open garage where our van was parked, blocking our ability to leave. Our door was installed by a local expert and looks amazing.
