This chair is great for a taller desk. I've had it a few weeks now and it is perfect although I don't have a drafting setup. The chair is super comfortable and well cushioned, it breathes which is nice too. I never feel overheated or "stuck" to my chair. The fact the arms can be rotated back is nice also. Well made chair, easy to assemble.

I needed a chair that would sit low enough to work with a folding table / desk AND raise up to us...
I needed a chair that would sit low enough to work with a folding table / desk AND raise up to use at my plain table. Found it! This chair is comfortable and it looks professional. Also, no problems even considering it lives in a harsh environment (construction site office). Would buy again for sure!

I sent the following message to Modway regarding the Veer Drafting Stool...
I just purchased a Veer Drafting Stool for my basement work area, which I was very excited about. Love the stool, don't like the fact that the footrest, which is shown in all of the photos for this product (on the Modway website, on Amazon, on Home Depot) with a very modern, sleek and attractive looking footrest. However, the footrest that came with the chair is not the same...it is utilitarian, boring and borderline ugly. I'd like the footrest represented in your materials, and on the outside of the box in which the chair is delivered. Seriously, Modway should provide the footrest shown with the product in your promotional materials and represent this product fairly. It's not ethical to those of us who choose this chair because of this particular design feature, which sets it apart from others, and then face the disappointment of a mediocre, boring and pedestrian product experience as a consumer.

Bought this for my fiance since he worked from home....
Bought this for my fiance since he worked from home. He reports to me that the curve of the backrest is too extreme and overall the chair is not comfortable. Willing to make do though until a different one can be purchased.
