Attract 6-Spray 4 in. Hand Shower with Magnetix in Chrome

Overall, I believe it to be a great product. However, I am extremely disappointed that is does not have the "Mist" spray setting it was advertised in the Specifications section. Which is why I bought this product.

Hose came out the box bent into shape of box and after installing it kept its shape. The first picture on the Home Depot site is not the hose that came with the product purchased. Need to upgrade the hose to the flexible hose with mental cover on the outside. order WJ29208156. The first photo shows the flexible hose with metal outside lining. This is my second Magnatix product and hose is not the same as first one.

We purchased this shower head a few weeks ago and it was very easy to install. I put a little plumbers tape on the shower pipe and hand tightened per instructions. I also hand tightened the hose attachment to the shower handle and to the shower fitting per the instructions. Absolutely no leaking, the shower head works great. There is a little run off from the shower head after you shut the water off but it soon dissipates. We had a bar and cradle for a shower head installed for a previous system, this matches and the handle fits the cradle perfectly. The magnet is very strong holding the head in a standard height position while the bar allows us adjust to various heights. The water flow pressure is very good and you can feel the differences between all six settings. We haven't experienced any issues with water pressure or leaking. The only thing I read in other reviews that would be a nice feature to add would be to have a water shut-off button or switch on the handle. For the price (we purchase the brushed Nickle) the appearance and function has satisfied our needs.

We're remodeling our bathrooms and ordered the matt black shower head, and it came with cheap plastic water hose. Re-ordered the bronze version, also came with plastic water hose. The product picture is quite deceptive, it looks like metal but it's not. This is totally different than the product description which says it's metal hose. I've had the chrome version a few years ago, that that had metal water hose. Now MOEN is charing customer twice the price of the chrome one, AND with cheaper part!!! I'm disappointed in MOEN, will look to try other newer brands.

Easy to assemble, matches well with other shower fixtures, water pressures are great.

It's perfect easy to use. The magnetic base was the best to come with. Easy hook and remove with six spay settings.

Exactly what I hoped for! Good pressure, 6 options to choose from. The magnet works fantastic. The only downside is that I wish there was a button or option to turn the head on/off while using it when hand-held. Overall a great deal!

Bought this to replace another Moen shower head. Both of them are the "eco-performance" ones so they both use the same max volume of water (1.75 GPM / 6.6L/min). Got this one mainly so I could more easily clean the standing shower with the handheld part and get a larger coverage when showering with the larger head. In the main mode of just regular shower this works very well, no dripping while in use and when shutting off, drips very minimally before fully stopping. Build quality is excellent and won't feel like a cheap product. The magnet works very well and is strong enough to stay on so it won't get bumped and come off. To remove it you need to angle it upwards from the handle otherwise it's too strong to remove by directly pulling. The tab you push to change shower modes feels very quality, glides smoothly and has strong clicks/detents to tell you when you have hit the other mode. When swapping mid shower, depending on which mode you are switching to and from, there will be some dripping for a few seconds before it fully goes into the new mode. Each mode was drip free once it got started. The only downside to this showerhead and why it doesn't get full stars is that some of the modes are essentially useless. Because this showerhead has an "eco" max volume of water, the mode like the "massage" is pointless because there is not enough water pressure going through to allow it to work properly. I basically only leave it on the shower setting and use it only for that. I don't think other modes on this shower head were necessary and they should have lowered the cost and just made this a single mode shower head.

Low water pressure doesn't overcome the nifty magnet. I had a cheaper unit installed prior that you could control pressure on - this only has one setting.

The install was extremely simple, a hand with moderate strength is all you will need! Would it have killed Moen to toss in 12" of plumbers tape? Only reason I gave it four stars. Magnet is strong, looks good and array of sprays is perfect. Sllid value purchase.
