BAD QUALITY
I purchased this Moen Magnetix handheld shower on 9/10/21. Today is 12/3/22 and it's been broken for over a month. The part that screws on is plastic and it cracked - now water goes all over the place. I am certain Home Depot will not take it back, so I had to buy a new one. I bought if for the magnetic feature but did not hold up to its brand name. I have a second bathroom with a similar shower head, and it's worked for years. I'm sticking to metal - no more plastic!

Screw-on Pipe Fitting is Plastic. Cracked and Broke Off Supply Pipe
We like the shower head, but be aware that the pipe fitting that screws onto the shower supply pipe is only plastic. After a few years the plastic cracked and ended up coming off the supply pipe.

The key to installation is to hand tighten the part that attaches to the shower arm until just snug. Do not over tighten! Do not bother with plumber's tape. It is not needed. I find the water pressure to be great. The setting that just uses the inner circle of holes in the shower head puts out a very strong stream of water, if that is what you are looking for. I prefer one of the gentler options. I recently installed it, so I can't speak to durability, but so far, so good!

Easy to Install, Easy to Use
This showerhead is by far the easiest removeable wand style shower head I've ever had the pleasure to enjoy. While installation is pretty much the same as any other (just screw it on) the real fun of this showerhead is the magnet, which makes putting the head back into place super quick and easy. Just get the head within an inch or so and it snaps right into position. The head is still very to rotate on the magnet, but not very much. The magnet is very strong, but thanks to the long handle of the wand, it detaches very quickly.
The other neat feature of this showerhead is a button to cycle through spray modes. Instead of rotating a dial to change the modes (admittedly this can get a bit frustrating with wet and soapy hands), you just push the ease to use button. The button gives a satisfying click in response to being pressed and the change to the spray style is nearly instant.
Over all, this showerhead is amazing!

Nice shower head with lots of features. Install was easy, 5 minutes tops and instructions were good. The larger diameter shower head puts out a strong good stream of water. The magnetic docking system works great, you get it closed to the head and it automatically snaps into place. ?The magnetic dock is strong and the showerhead does not move when docked. Easy to change the six spray patters by just pushing a button, doesn't take two hands to rotate the head like other brands of shower heads. The chrome finish is flawless and very attractive. This unit has a limited lifetime warranty, doesn't get any better than that.

It's nice to see new technology such as this magnetic mount. However, the magnet on this faucet seems weak to my liking; it doesn't take much to pull it off the base, which means it easily falls if bumped, whether somewhere down low or simply right there on the head (right when you're trying to relax after a long day at work or startling your day on the wrong side of the bed). It's definitely designed for the person who typically holds it in their hand vs a rather permanent mount. With the tab and holes on the back, it appears as if the designers tried to create some type of locking system on the back and did not succeed. Perhaps later models will have some sort of improvement. All these things are so-so, but the WORST part about it all is how the mount has a cheap plastic look and is not coated with anything; literally a plastic mold. I understand this is easy when it comes to production between the two finishes, but come on! -Looks like a child's toy!
Nonetheless, with all negativity out of the way, there are 6 spray patterns to choose from with the click of a button (easier than a slide selector like most). It's quite easy to mount, but so is every other faucet I've ever worked with. I will also applaud Moen on their hose made with stainless steel pieces which slide over each other to compress and expand; no more ripped hoses due to kinks! This also makes it easier to reach all over your body and creates less twisting and tangling from an unmanageable hose. It's great for a final spray-down, and with its mere 1.8 gallon-per-minute usage, it's a great budget-friendly option. I must add however that our home only has 60gpm, which means the pressure from this sprayer feels inadequate until you get used to it. On homes with 70 or even 80 psi, this shouldn't be as much of a problem.

This handheld shower has an updated Magnetix system allowing for easy docking – returning the handheld to the base. The magnet is very strong and easily snaps into place. Although the chrome on the handheld is gorgeous, I wish that the swivel base was chrome as well instead of gray. On the upside the 59” chrome hose is metal and looks nice. There are 6 settings / spray patterns on this 5.5” handheld shower. The water flow is sufficient, but very strong considering the very efficient 1.75GPM flow. It varies on different settings. The spray patterns are changed by pressing the button on the top of the handle. Although it’s easy to operate single-handedly, I personally prefer the rotating selector system better since a specific pattern can be quickly selected instead pressing it one by one though them all. Forgot to take a pic of it installed, but looks great. All in all this is a nice hand shower especially considering the “limited lifetime” warranty.

When I saw this shower head online I thought it was pretty cool and when I got it arrived home it was really above my expectation. This shower head is attractive for the master bathroom, has many features and very easy to use. This has been the easiest shower head that I have ever installed and it took me about 10 minutes. The magnet is so powerful you just get the wand neat the base magnet and it grabs it without an issue. Changing the spray modes at a touch of the push button could not be easier and can easily be done with just one hand. My wife and kids love to use this new shower head. In addition to a better showering experience, having this shower head makes it easier to rise the shower wall after each cleaning.
