If your new Moen Brantford 2-Handle Deck-Mount Roman Tub Faucet Trim Kit in Brushed Nickel (Valve Not Included) is leaking after it was installed, it appears to need replacement cartridges. Typically with a new installation damage to the cartridge o-rings can occur when the cartridges are not removed and soldering damages them or if sediment or debris broke loose in the water lines during the new installation. small tops of handles keep popping off

I had this installed by a professional. Within a day the small button-type tops (plastic) to both handles came off. I'm worried they'll fall down the drain, but I don't want to glue them to the handles and risk (a) losing access to the interior of the handle, in case I need it, (b) having the glue job be visible. And anyway I shouldn't have to glue them, for what this faucet cost. There are no threads to screw these into the handle so they stay put. They just sort of sit in the hole. Except they don't sit in the hole, they pop off. Help?!

Poor craftsmanship

Builder installed Brandford faucets in bath-the insert(which is plastic! inside the faucet) that tightens the faucet to the water supply pipe(which is brass) has stripped and will no longer tighten

Beautiful, but old one was MOEN so he told me get MOEN so will fit valve. Now handles won't fit, missing some plastic pieces to make them work with old valves. My 2 week nightmare, Moen doesn't have on line, Home Depot doesn't have on line, so hoping my plumber can find somewhere. (Other than that this is a beautiful piece and I would purchase again.) Just beware when purchase, you may need the valve kit (which is sold out on HD.)
