We just had our entire master bathroom remodeled and love the new tile etc. We had installed the Brantford shower kit with 2520 valve by the contractor. 4 days after completion, this nice looking shower kit would only run full cold or full hot water. No adjustment to do with the posi temp. Had to hire a plumber and wrote a check For $90 to replace the 1222 valve, as he showed us how it was bad. The new one works now. Can’t talk to Moen, as they say to leave a number and schedule a call with them. After my wife told me about being almost burned in the shower and then paying a plumber after paying to install this new shower kit, my wife and I were both saying we are done with Moen, as it seems as no one cares. Very mad after spending over $7500 to remodel our bathroom and buying a new shower kit from Home Depot, and then having to have it repaired before it was even used. Bad product start and customer service for sure....

Excellent quality. It was simple to install with everything included. Instuctions were clear. One thing that is needed if you have a vanity with the sink already mounted and sealed is a large basin wrench to tighten the hot and cold valves. Still a beautiful looking set.

This is a beautiful faucet. I can't really say how easy it was to install as I had a professional install it but it took very little time for him to change out two sinks in my master bath. The operation of the unit is smooth and easy. The unit comes in two boxes, one for the valve and one for the handle-set and spout. Everything is in the boxes including new drain pipes and sink bevel. These are not the low arc faucets and the spout has a higher arc that I like a lot. This is actually the third faucet of this type I've bought. I changed out one of the smaller bathrooms first and liked the faucet so much I decided to change the 2 in the master bath.

Review for Moen Brantford 2 handle bathroom faucet trim kit and valve assembly. While upgrading the bathroom vanity, the Moen Brantford was our faucet preference. I recommend this product to other DIYers. The product would have an excellent rating except for the following
- The instructions could be better.
- A few words describing the installation steps. Pictures only go so far.
- how tight? recommended turns or torque ... just a clue would be helpful.
- the drain stopper, how can it be adjusted to actually stop water? I got it, but not with the picture instructions.
If your spouse needs a new faucet look every two years, this is the product for you. The valves are installed once. The faucet trims can be changed anytime. The change out might take 15 minutes to complete.
