AnswersHas anyone stopped to think, that while in Pause, the hose experiences FULL water line pressure. (As opposed to normal operation when the discharge end is freely flowing). I have heard that the most often replaced part of a Moen pull down faucet is the hose, because they can developing leaks midway in their length. You would never want to walk away from the faucet with the hose pressurized.

We’ve been using the faucet for a month and love the no hands feature. It will turn off after a couple minutes or running approximately 2 gallons of water, just enough to walk away from as the sink fills to wash dishes. We have a farm house sink and the platform the sink sits on makes it difficult for the head to return to the neck. The units get close to connecting and with some fussing will eventually go together. The magnets in the two units need to be stronger to hold the spout in place. Tip: when using the motion sensor it’s easiest to wave from the bottom in an upward motion. Downward your hand hits the counter and sometimes turns the faucet on then off.

Installation was pretty straight forward. Faucet is of good quality. Nice solid, modern design and classy. Different sprays work well. Faucet drips a bit before stopping though. Not sure if it's my line or a feature of the faucet itself. Neck does a 360 degree turn very easily, so be careful when pushing it to turn. Make sure the water is off or you'll give everything around the sink a bath!

We easily installed this faucet by following the step by step guide provided in the box. I really like the power spray feature and the pull down faucet attachment. We found the spray attachment so much easier to pull down than our old faucet. We really like the look and functionality of our new faucet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The set up is easy!!! My husband did the whole thing in less than an hour. He said the set up is simple, they thought of everything to make it user friendly including a tool to make installing it behind the sink. That can be really tight, but not with the reach tool. The app setup was easy too. The faucet is beautiful and goes with any style. The pull down sprayer is handy and goes right back into place easily. I love that I can cook and get my hands dirty without slopping up the handle. I can use the sensor or just tell it to turn on! We connected it to our Alexa device, wow! This is my favorite and most used gadget in the kitchen. Telling it to run water at a certain temperature is mind blowing! Wish we had our friends and family here for Thanksgiving to show it off. I'm over the moon with this intelligent and innovative faucet!
Poor quality low flow

I'm very disappointed with this purchase. I received it a couple of days ago and installed it today.
First of all the water flow rate is painfully low. We have very good water pressure and clean water. Our previous faucet would fill the large kitchen sink in a couple of minutes. This faucet would take three or four times a long. There's no blockage, the lines aren't kinked, the filter/aerator is clean and the system was flushed - it just has very small supply lines and very small passages for the water to flow through.
Secondly, the curved spout that rotates doesn't fit flush with the fixed base. There's a gap of about 1+ mm. Looks to me like the unit wasn't assembled correctly.
Finally, the pull out section does not retract firmly into the base. There are no obstructions under the cabinet and the weight is installed perfectly, it's just the way it's designed. The weight is too small to pull the head back firmly into the receptacle so unless you push it up and align it, it will hang slightly out and often at an angle.
I really expected much better for $200 worth of faucet.

This touchless faucet is not only stylish but amazingly functional. It is absolutely the highlight of my kitchen and makes my new granite countertops pop. I did a lot of shopping around and this faucet was rated the best and it did not disappoint. I highly recommend it

Purchased Essie faucet from Moen because of reviews and quality. The pull down hose leaked along the whole length spraying us and leaking into cabinet below the sink. So bought a second one with the exact same issue. Obviously a manufacturing issue. On my third trip to Home Depot changed brand of faucet

I bough this for my girlfriend's birthday. She loved a friend's touchless faucets, but my plumber friend (and many reviews) had suggested that touchless faucets are less reliable than purely mechanical ones. Because of this, it was even more important to get the brand with the very best reputation. This Moen came with very clear instructions, and the installation was as simple as I imagine it could be.
It's been working perfectly for a few weeks, and my girlfriend is delighted!

Fantastic! Had for a few weeks already and it hasn’t had any problems. It’s fun to see the water usage! Definitely would recommend! Easy install! Voice options are great for filling dog bowls, dish water and other things! Hot water is limited to 120f so no scolding hot water at the kitchen faucet! Wave sensor is flawless! Spray power and water flow are excellent!
