I think I saw another instance of this question asked over a year ago. I don't see any way the sprayer/nozzle head itself can be taken apart to remove a restrictor, but if you unscrew the sprayer/nozzle from the hose (don't let-go of the hose!!) the water flow out of the hose alone is much greater! I keep my sprayer/nozzle attached just finger tight, so that I can unscrew the nozzle without any tools, when I desire the higher flow.
