Best faucet ever! Im inlove! Had it for months now and im still amazed how it looks and works! People complaining about sprayer hose not retracting well because maybe you installed the weights incorrectly! Adjust it! Thats for sure installation error! Another complaint oh pressure is inconsistent! Its not! Its your water maybe full of sediments and blocking the aerator! Decalcify your water system! Perfect faucet! I just wish the electronic parts are under lifetime warranty and not just the mechanical parts. Beautiful amazing crazy modern super easy install

One of the best upgrades in the kitchen is a U by Moen smart touchless faucet. I cannot tell you how much I love it! It’s a statement piece in our kitchen! Design: a sleek modern style with incredibly smooth lines and slim faucet spout. The chrome finish is shiny and beautiful from every angle! Ease of Installation: It was set up by a professional plumber and we just had to download an app to control the faucet. It is DIY friendly with all parts included and nicely packaged. Quality: The faucet is of impeccable quality. It’s heavy and sturdy and 100% metal. The mechanics of the lever are incredibly smooth and precise. The faucet itself is bigger and higher than your average faucets. Features: I absolutely love voice control through Google Home! It turns on and off, dispenses the exact measurement you ask for, heats your water to the temperature you need. Another awesome feature is the Wave Sensor - no need to touch the faucet, just wave your hand in front of the faucet to turn the water on. The hidden sprayer is absolutely wonderful and I love the fact that you cannot see it until you need to use it. Pretty amazing!

I love the beauty of the sleek design and the hands free option is great! It’s voice activated making it perfect for those times that your hands are too messy to touch the faucet handle. My favorite is I can ask for a certain amount of water and it does just that!!! This is such a game changer in the kitchen!! It will heat your water to a certain degree you ask it too. I am blown away at how neat this is. The chrome is gorgeous its shiny and such a smooth beautiful design. My only issue is it does seem to be slightly larger than it is listed we did have to change somethings around for it to fit but it really is worth it!! I don't think I will ever go to a regular faucet again after this!

I can’t believe I can talk to my faucet now. It works better than I expected. However when installing, I opened the box and there was so many things to install! It will take a bit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The faucet arrived in a gigantic box. The faucet was so well protected, I didn't know what had arrived until the box was opened. The packaging separated every single item and it was all wrapped in plastic and protected by cardboard. The finish is beautiful and the faucet has a modern look with a minimalist design. Make sure you pay attention to the dimensions! This is not a small faucet. It is designed for single hole installation, so if you currently have a three hole design, you will need to purchase a escutcheon plate that is sold separately. The installation process was very simple. The water supply lines are built in to this device, so you won't need to purchase those separately unless your supply shut off is too far from your faucet. The supply lines are 30" long, but are connected to the control box, which will give you some extra distance. The power for the smart functionality is provided by six (6) "D" batteries, which are included. There is no option for hard wiring the power. Right now this is a dumb faucet at our house, since we haven't set up our voice activation, but the features and functionality that are boasted seem really cool. This faucet is a great option if you are looking for a smart faucet, with a modern design, that is build to last.

It is heavy, large, and impeccably designed. It’s sleek and modern and compliments any kitchen. It was fairly easy to set up. It works wonderfully. The faucet has smooth lever action and smooth swivel action. The movement is governed by tight but smooth-action fittings which allow for the feeling of putting just the right amount of pressure into turning the faucet on and off and swiveling the faucet itself. The hidden sprayer is absolutely wonderful and I love the fact that it can not be seen until you need to use it. I recommend two people setting up because it’s very heavy and tall. It is beautifully designed and fully functional, a statement piece for any kitchen. The voice activation is phenomenal and makes using the faucet easy and fun.
