How do you clean the nozzles? Does it need to be soaked or does residue/build-up wipe away?

To clean the Moen 220H2EPBL Verso with Magnetix 8-Spray Patterns Wall Mount Handheld Shower Head with Infiniti Dial 1.75 GPM 5 in.
