A: It is a extremely tight fight and requires some finagling, but will fit a 4.5 inch roll of TP. You are required compress one side of the TP (see picture) and push the roll of TP toward the back pivot point. There are multiple ways to get the TP on but all require you to squeeze the Charmin some.... note if the TP was as stiff as concrete it would not go on. Sorry no video since it I am not smart enough to get into right format from I-Phone.

Will ruin your wall!

For such an expensive product the mounting system is just terrible. I used the drywall anchors they provided and provided screws and they completely ruined my wall-and now the screws are stuck in the anchors and still in the mounting plate so I can't even remove them to try again, rendering this product totally useless, and me with a torn up wall. Basically the way the screws are set up you cannot completely drive them into the anchors, so no matter what you do you cannot get the mount tight to the wall. I figured I would take them out and just provide my own drywall anchors, but when I pulled them out it took a large section of drywall out with it, so now anything I put in there will fall out and I'm stuck spending the money to patch the wall. I've never before encountered this with a drywall anchor. Should have gone with Delta.

Nice looking & easy to change toilet roll as you just left the right side & slip the roll on. Roll stays firmly in place. Comes with a paper template for easier installation. You need to use a level when lining up the template.

Bad product. Doesn't work.

I doubted the Voss toilet paper holder will work so I installed it according to the instructions, but on a piece of 2×4. There was a 1/4" gap where the bar locks. Still, the bar is so short that the new roll of paper 4.5"×4" doesn't fit (not even half roll). Since there are no real photos or videos of the product actually holding toilet paper, can you prove it works? The company even says the holder is designed for jumbo rolls. Really? Please Moen, don't give me your standard answer to call customer service for help! That would mean you either did not read my review and did not see the pictures or you have no clue. Moreover, how can someone sitting in an office help me on the phone? They will only ask me what is on the list in front of them: did you follow the instructions, use the proper tools, the hardware included etc.

Finish has become pitted

I am very disappointed in the chrome finish of the paper holder that is now pitted. I believe I’ll have to buy another of the same paper holder if I want everything to match which seems ridiculous considering the cost of the items. I have the faucet and shower pieces which seem to be ok. I have never had a chrome finish do such a thing!
