Like other air purifiers, it’s worth evaluating the cost of replacement filters. Unlike other air purifiers, the Molekule has an app that includes a feature to automatically reorder new filters when sensors indicate that it’s time to replace - plus there is a discount for using the automatic ordering feature in the app. The unit itself is definitely the most attractive purifier on the market, and it was easy to set up (see the graphical quickstart guide in my photos). I set my Molekule up in my bedroom, which is part of a 800-sq ft second story suite, and the Molekule got the air quality from red to green within a day or two of first turning it on. I’ve now had it for about two months and am completely satisfied with its ability to clean my indoor air - no more sinus headaches, itchy eyes, or scratchy throat. I recommend it for anybody who lives in an area that is subject to high particulate pollution (PM2.5, which is the big winter issue where I live).

The Molekue Air Pro is an air purifier that removes air pollutants from the air in a room up to 1,000 square feet. It is designed for either home or professional setting. The PECO-powered system destroys OCs, bacteria, mold, viruses, allergens, and more at the molecular level. So that is the plus side of the ledger. But there are three issues that should be important for the home user. First, the Air Pro is over priced when compared with other air purifiers. You would be making a sizeable investment if your purchased the Air Pro. Secondly, the Air Pro is over engineered. There are just too many bells and whistles. Moreoer, the system is designed to work with an app on one's cell phone, however, there are clearly issues with this. Users on the Google App Store only rate the app at 1.5 out of 5 stars. This user was never able to connect the app to the device. And finally, the Air Pro is overly costly to operate. The filter replacement interval is every six months. As such, you can expect to spend approximately 26 percent of the initial cost of the Air Pro every year for replacement filters. The device is made in Malaysia and carries a 2-year limited warranty.

MOLEKULE Air Pro 1000 sq. ft. Air Purifier with PECO Filter, Silver review: This is a great air cleaner and virus killer that cleans quite quickly. Quick note: to turn the machine off you must go through the menu and select STANDBY which effectively turns it off. We tested it by bringing in some incense and filling the large room with smoke. It immediately identifed the air as VERY BAD and kicked up the machine so that it sounded like a jet engine. In two hours it had totally cleaned the air. It is quite expensive but very effective. There ya go!

The MOLEKULE Air Pro 1,000 sq. ft Air Purifier is a high end air purifier that utilizes a PECO air filter that actually destroys the particles using light technology. It is designed to not only trap, but to destroy viruses, bacteria, mold, allergens, and chemicals in the air. This is a modern looking machine and not too heavy, just over 20 pounds. It has a leather strap to carry and has a decent length cord. The Air Pro 1,000 offers a clean design and is quite easy to put together. Set up is a snap, all you have to do is remove it from the box, open the lid and place the filter in. Make sure the red lines match and shut the lid. Turn on and you're good to go. All in all, it took less than 2 minutes to put together. The APP was extremely simple to download and connect to your home WiFi and then lets you see how much filter life is left and other settings. Once you download the app you have the option to schedule filter replacements with an Auto Ship subscription or order as needed. If you sign up for auto-refills you can get them for $99 every 6 months. The unit itself has a touch screen on top and you can scroll through different displays from filter life to air quality just by swiping across the display. I have been using the Air Pro for a couple of days now and am completely satisfied with the usage so far. The air inside my living room has never smelled so pure, even my sinuses and seasonal allergies have improved. The machine is so quiet that I can’t hear it running, but can tell that it’s on with the illuminated blue rim on the top. I’m also confident running it 24 hrs. a day since the Air Pro uses low energy. So far, I can say it has been an effective and elegant addition to my home.

MOLEKULE Air Pro 1000 sq. ft. Air Purifier with PECO Filter is more advanced than the air filter I'm currently using. This is much larger and I plan to use it in the living room area. It weighs about 20 pounds and is two feet high and about a foot wide. It has a small electronic display on top with a touch screen, just swipe left, no remote control included, but it does have a smartphone app to view and change settings, too. In standard mode found it as quiet as my smaller one which is not a problem at all in the bedroom. No one wants a lot of noise going all day in the main living space. Additionally, it has two modes, standard and quiet operation depending on the need. It circulates air through the filter drawn from the bottom. You know its running because of the slight air movement on top, and the light blue glow from the vents on top. It is modern looking and minimalist in design. The filtration system uses a large black drum like filter in the shape of the main unit inside the housing. The cylindrical filter captures and destroys a host of other contaminants including smoke, pollen, dust and allergens. The drum filter is PECO technology as opposed to HEPA purifiers. I'm no scientist so don't have a clue what's going on inside, so this is only my personal impression after observing it in my home. The business end of the air purifier is a metal center core that is surrounded by the outer filter. It emits a blueish light. I did run it for a couple of days in a smaller room to see if I'd notice a difference. I have allergies, am sensitive to airborne irritants. The air did feel cleaner, more so than my other air purifier. In the short time I ran it, found the filter had picked up a lot of dust particles on the outside, was impressed. This could be because it's a bigger unit, motor and filter driving more air through it. Air purifiers are not difficult to operate, but the instructions with this one are sparse. Included is a card with screen shots of the menu displays along with a couple of other separate pages, not easy to understand. For those that like a lot of information about their purchases, it is not there. The purifier display does show the status of items like if the filter is working properly and when it needs replacing along with other screens with data. I wondered about replacement filters and searched Home Depot, they carry them. It's is a large floor air purifier, haven't seen one this size before that can be easily moved from place to place in the home. I'm sure it will come in handy for crowded family gatherings and those convalescing.

We are an elderly couple with some underlying health issues and 2 shaggy -drag in pollen and dirt- dogs. We use HEPA filters on our AC and in our vacuum to try and keep our home's air clean. I'll take her word for it. I was a fine arts/journalist major. Anyway, go to the MOLEKULE site and read all about it. It will impress you, guaranteed. Now, all that is well and good but is it quiet, is it attractive - we don't want some big, ugly contraption sitting in our living room. Well, this baby is sleek and so quiet we strained to hear if it was on and energy efficient and just darn perfect. The LED read out tells you the quality of your air, status of the filter, if you are on standard speed, quiet speed or standby and allows for an app to control the whole thing from your phone if you want. There is so much good to say about this thing that I could write a book. The Air Pro is approved for use in hospitals including surgery suites. We' ve used air cleaners in the past, but this air PURIFIER is the best! Cleans the air and actually KILLS viruses, bacteria, molds and more. It also cleans smoke and chemicals out of the air. There is a wi-fi app, so we can run the device from our phones. There is a quiet mode too. This has cleaned smoke out of our home from fires in the area too. The device is very attractive and doesn't take up much space. The air actually smells better in the house!

We got our air purifier to combat all of the smoke from the wildfires, and we love how it has worked. A very quality product from it's packaging to ease of set up. You can download the app and use it's features or just plug it in and let it go. It has two settings standard and ultra quite. The quite mode is very soft and you cannot hear it at all. So glad we got it!
