Beautiful well built high quality door
Home Depot did an excellent job with everything. Beautiful door in excellent condition. Glass is perfect with no dirt or debris on the inside. The in the glass shade is perfect. Not sure if I need to paint the door? The door is a nice flat white and cleans easily. I will contact MP and see if painted is required for there warranty.
This door made a huge difference in our home and is a nice tight fit with no drafts at all. The installer was excellent and meticulous. Very satisfied overall.

Dirty Glass Sealed
Door is nice but the inside glass was not cleaned before it was sealed therefore it is cloudy and you can see where the blinds have streaked the glass. Terrible to live with.

The door is nice once installed. It is exactly what we needed for our kitchen reno. We replaced a sliding glass door with this door and an additional cabinet. It arrived with a crack in the door. It appeared to have happened during the manufacturing not shipping. We decided we would repair it instead of returning it because it was such a pain to return and order another one. We needed the door installed so we could move on with our renovation.

This door is a quality product. I would’ve given 5 stars if not for two issues. Even though it was crated and wrapped for shipping there were several dark, greasy handprints on both sides of the door in a few spots. It could have only left the factory this way and they were difficult to remove since since the door is a matte finish. The other issue is that the recess for the deadbolt striker plate is not long enough to accommodate a standard deadbolt assembly. I used a common Schlage deadbolt so it’s not some oddball brand. I had to chisel the recess to install the striker plate. Other than these two concerns I like the door.

Terrible Assmbly - Terrible Return
First issue was the door/Frame was factory assembled with 0" Gap at Top but correct 1/8" Gap at Bottom.
I have now 1) installed door, 2) uninstalled door, 3) Measured door and 4) repackaged door simply bc of MP's terrible assembly practices (Hint: Use shims during assembly)
Now, 5 days after HD chat support said they'd have it picked up and refunded - pickup still hasn't been scheduled, money still hasn't been refunded, new door still hasn't been ordered - and hole remains in wall.
