The lines weren’t totally pre-charged. Installed everything had issues with lines. Support will never answer your calls. Forget about getting in touch with them. I am afraid if my unit fails I ll have no one to deal with. Very pool company manners.

Got a 4 zone many split. Only one zone works...
Got a 4 zone many split. Only one zone works like it's supposed to. One zone only works on low fan. If it ever gets up to the right temperature it shuts off and will not restart ever again unless we we reset the whole thing. One zone does not work on automatic.

The installation of the unit could not be completed. The 16 feet line set includes not long enough and the extra length line set is not available at Home Depot and their online website indicates unavailable. How can a vendor sell a product that installation can’t be completed because of unavailable Accessories. Mr Cool unit just partly installed waiting for Accessories to become available.

Had to hire a pro a setline bro Dearing install...
Had to hire a pro a setline bro Dearing install it Kept freezing up trying to run an individual zone. I called a professional to fix the leaking line set and also to see if he knew why it was freezing up. Long story short he fixed it by changing some settings inside from f some to f4 confused me but hey it works now. Hopefully it works well enough for the summer time.

Our church has moved to the mini-split HVAC system after numerous unsuccessful attempts to have our outdated boiler / cooling tower repaired. Due to the size of our sanctuary we chose to go with the 4 zone x 2. We only needed 7 and have the 8th in the lobby. They work amazingly well. I wish we had thought of oving to this system years ago. The DIY made it so we didn't have to pay crazy labor prices to HVAC commpanies.

Great product bad shipping
The system is great DIY multi zone. Shipping provider used by homedepot should get 1 star. It sat for 1 week in Salt Lake City and the another Week in Portland,OR.. overall it took a month+ for it to make its way from Kansas to Seattle
