A:  Highly recommend you remove all drywall to bare studs and replace it with a waterproof board such as 1/2 inch go-board. That way you can make sure walls are flat and square before installing the tile. Very important to have walls that are flat, level and 90 degrees to each other. 1/2" Go Board is easy to install , 100% waterproof and strong. Just make sure seams and corners are treated according to instructions..

A:  I tiled a bathroom with these tiles and my wife was always wanting me to remove a tile here and there and replace it with a color she liked. It turned into more and more tiles she wanted me to replace - so many that it became a huge pain that in the end I just put them up as they came out of the box. When it was all completed and grouted - she loved it! The variations in tile color made it that much more interesting and everything blended in perfectly. The tile colors do vary from box to box, but you can return those that are too far off your color scheme. They are a product of Asia so I don't think you can ask for specific colors, but you can browse the MSI website as they have an extensive range of products that might suit your project better..
