The 4 in. x 8 in. Granite Belgium Block Paver has the characteristic grey color and textured appearance of natural stone. It is uniformly sized and offers many design possibilities to enhance your yard or garden spaces. It is rated for vehicular traffic. Size and weight are approximate. NOTE: Inspect all tiles before installation. Natural stone products inherently lack uniformity and are subject to variation in color, shade, finish, etc. It is recommended to blend tiles from different boxes when installing. Natural stones may be characterized by dry seams and pits that are often filled. The filling can work its way out and it may be necessary to refill these voids as part of a normal maintenance procedure. All natural stone products should be sealed with a penetrating sealer. After installation, vendor disclaims any liabilities.

A: Doubtful they will stack well unless very selective of stones and lots of mortar. They’re not at all uniform.

Not Belgian Blocks

A Belgian Block has particular characteristics and these are not them. First, they are way too small. Like 1/3 of a “normal” Belgian Block. Second, they do not have curved edges (or “tumbled finish” as stated in the description. And finally, they are nowhere near uniform in size and shape. Once I saw the crate they came in, I knew why the price was so good and quality so bad: made in India. Do yourself a favor and go to a stoneyard for the real thing.
