Love my kitchen backsplash. Classic, clean and timeless.

I ordered 5 boxes to install in my small bathroom. I opened up the first box and was very pleased. Exactly what we wanted. We were very excited to get it down in our demoed bathroom. Unfortunately, the rest of the boxes were a complete nightmare. All of the plain cardboard shipping boxes were in perfect shape. Inside was manufactures cardboard boxes were wet. To make things worse, the tile inside was black and moldy. Although I take responsibility for not check EVERY box, it completely help up my job. I called HD and they were very helpful and said they would do everything they could to expedite the shipping process.. The vendor (from where the tile was shipped) was not at all accommodating. Once I reordered the tile, they didn't even create the shipping label for three days (even after HD called them twice). Poor customer service. This tile is beautiful, but check every box that comes from MS International.

FOLLOW UP TO "READ BEFORE ORDERING" REVIEW: Our ordering issue was cleared up immediately, professionally, and so quickly that I would remove that portion of my prior review if I had any idea how to do it. Would still order double this amount of this product as stated in that review, but for us Home Depot continues to be a fantastic company to deal with if there are any issues with their products.

READ BEFORE ORDERING - This should never be classified as "white" Arabescato Carrara along with the other Home Depot marble tile products labeled this way. There is enormous disparity in the colors, so that we got a considerable number of dark, dark charcoal grey tiles and everything in between, including marble with strong rust colors running through. Unlike the 12 x 12 floor tiles which I've used for a couple of baths successfully, this tile also arrived with a higher number of broken pieces. If you order, would suggest ordering a full double of the amount you'll need, in order to weed out the variant colors and broken pieces, which you can then return to your local store. It's a pain, but if I use this again, that's exactly what I'll do. Unfortunately, we also are having a problem with the ordering system - our last order of this arrived short, we completed the job without the missing tile because of time constraint and refused the 2nd shipment.... which Home Depot somehow did not track and which now is not showing up as a credit on our account. Have to wonder how this was received by Home Depot without being logged in and credited back????? That's a very expensive debacle that we now have to tackle. Never had this before, but it has essentially obliterated anything we've saved on 2 bathrooms by ordering from Home Depot, so we're rethinking future purchases here.

This tile is absolutely beautiful. It was used for a backsplash in the bathroom above a double sink vanity. The color and pattern match my Calacatta patterned acrylic surround in the shower. The quality is excellent- it is made well and has a very nice weight to it. Highly recommend this product by MSI.

BEAUTIFUL for my kitchen remodel! Exactly what envisioned!

I just spent 6000 dollars plus at home depot for supplies to redo my bathroom. Materials only. i bought 2 boxes of these expensive tiles. They are beautiful and look great. we used a full box and 2 sheets of 10 out of the other box. tried to return 8 single sheets in box, each sheet still wrapped in plastic only to find that if you buy online (at home depot website) you cannot return unused tiles. very disheartened with this experience. 109.72 for 8 sheets unused. BEWARE.......if you buy the box you pay the price! Crazy unless you have exactly 1 or 2 boxes worth of tile to lay. Cancelling the 1400 dollar shower door that i ordered. ridiculous.......
