Product Details

MSI Calacatta Gold 12 in. x 12 in. Floor and Wall Tile is a honed natural stone marble that illustrates classical romance. This tile features elegant white tones with a splash of grey and streaks of gold. Install this tile to incorporate a distinctive, contemporary aesthetic enhancement into kitchens, bathrooms and a wide variety of commercial and residential projects. Note: Inspect all tiles before installation. Natural stone products inherently lack uniformity and are subject to variation in color, shade, finish, etc. It is recommended to blend tiles from different boxes when installing. Natural stones may be characterized by dry seams and pit's that are often filled. The filling can work its way out and it may be necessary to refill these voids as part of a normal maintenance procedure. All natural stone products should be sealed with a penetrating sealer.
  • 10 square feet, 10 pieces per case. Case weight is 60 lbs.
  • Grade 1, first-quality natural marble tile for floor, wall and countertop use
  • 12 in. W x 12 in. L x 3/8 in. thick
  • Unglazed, honed smooth finish with a high sheen and random variation in tone
  • P.E.I. Rating is not applicable for natural stone
  • Impervious flooring has water absorption of less than 0.5%
  • C.O.F. greater than 0.50 is recommended for standard residential and commercial applications and is marginally skid resistant
  • Not frost resistant
  • Residential and commercial use
  • GREENGUARD indoor air quality certified and GREENGUARD children and schools certified product
  • Don't forget your coordinating trim pieces, grout, backerboard, thinset and installation tools

            We ordered the Calcutta gold tile and three times it...
            We ordered the Calcutta gold tile and three times it came in with the wrong color. Jen Ruehl From Milltown Home Depot had to insist that we could exchange these tiles from MSI we exchanged them and they still do not match. I’m very disappointed. I am out of $600.00. Due to my tile not being ready. I had to still pay my contractor for the day. If it wasn’t for Mary & Jen in Milltown I would have canceled everything the whole order. You guys are very lucky to have these two employees that went above and beyond their jobs.

            I ordered this tile for pickup in the store. ...
            I ordered this tile for pickup in the store. When ringing up my pick-up order, the clerk’s screen had a picture of what the tile was supposed to look like. When the clerk opened the box, he thought I had been sent the wrong tile. It was the correct tile, it just looked absolutely NOTHING like the photo of the product. The tile had different shades of streaked blue-gray, with a small amount of white: nothing like what Calacatta Gold. I would not recommend purchasing this tile.

            Nice tile, poor quality control
            This tile overall was nice. I’ve looked at a lot of calacatta gold tile and many have no gold at all. That is not the case with this. Good variation of colors, including golds/browns. However, I ordered a case of 5 tiles and one of the tiles was just a half tile. It didn’t break during shipping, it was shipped that way. You can tell by the imprint in the styrofoam. Disappointing.
