Product Details

Install the MSI Carrara White 3 in. x 6 in. Polished Marble Floor and Wall Tile to incorporate a distinctive, contemporary aesthetic enhancement into kitchens, bathrooms and more. It combines a brilliant white color with distinct streaks of gray in a smooth finish to create a splendid complement for your decor. This Italian tile makes a superb choice for a variety of commercial and residential projects, including countertops and floors. With a large selection of sizes and accessories to choose from, Carrara White tile can easily be laid in a pattern or single layout. Note: Inspect all tiles before installation. Natural stone products inherently lack uniformity and are subject to variation in color, shade, finish, etc. It is recommended to blend tiles from different boxes when installing. Natural stones may be characterized by dry seams and pits that are often filled. The filling can work its way out and it may be necessary to refill these voids as part of a normal maintenance procedure. All natural stone products should be sealed with a penetrating sealer.
  • 1 square feet, 8 pieces per case. Case weight is 5.28 lbs.
  • Grade 1, natural marble tile for floor, wall and countertop use
  • 3 in. width x 6 in. length x 3/8 in. thick
  • Glazed polished smooth finish with a high sheen and random variation in tone
  • P.E.I. Rating is not applicable for natural stone
  • Impervious flooring has water absorption of less than 0.5% for indoor or some outdoor use
  • C.O.F. greater than 0.50 is recommended for standard residential and commercial applications and is marginally skid resistant
  • Not frost resistant
  • Residential and commercial use
  • GREENGUARD indoor air quality certified and GREENGUARD children and schools certified product
  • Don't forget your coordinating trim pieces, grout, backerboard, thinset and installation tools

        A:  Yes, this is natural stone. Be careful when installing it is delicate. Once installed it will need several coats of special sealer. We seal our tile every 8 months. Great product! Classic/timeless look!

            It was the only thing that would work!
            Not a big fan of marble, but this was the exact size (12inx12in) and appearance I was looking for for my powder room remodel. Since the powder room was a tiny 5ftx5ft, I couldn't use the bigger 24inx12 porcelain tiles that I would've preferred. But what else can I say but that it is gorgeous? Despite being high maintenance, I would choose this all over again.

                Beautiful!
                This tile is beautiful. The white/gray colors compliment well our 25 year old Bordeaux marble floor. The striations and "squiggles" of the tile make for natural character. Here is a picture after I first laid the tile and another when the tub project was completed. Next will be a tiled shower using the same Carrara mixed with a little reclaimed Bordeaux.

                  A DISASTER!!!
                  I spent almost $3,000 on 15 boxes of this marble. Some of the boxes held beautiful white carrera marble, 4 of the boxes held gray carrera marble that did not even come close to matching, others of the boxes held a washed out cream colored carrera marble. AS you can see from the photo, the tile was installed and looked like a patchwork when it dried. I have to pay a tile man to come back and remove it - costing several hundred dollars more. I returned the four boxes of marble that were not even close (the dark gray ones) and although the Home Depot staff are very nice - none can guarantee that the replacement boxes I had to reorder. My nightmare is that they will just ship back the gray ones again. This has been a disaster for us - I will NEVER EVER buy marble at Home Depot again - It is not entirely Home Depot's fault but they should be able to actually talk to their supplier to make sure I get the right marble this time. They said they could not do that. I need WHITE marble as advertised - and some of the boxes were exactly that. MOST were NOT. I am very unhappy and have spent thousands on this mess in my shower right now.

                    Shower remodel
                    I love this marble! It’s beautiful especially when paired with subway tile. It was packaged extremely well and each tile was beautiful. It has a wonderful glossy finish and a good amount of grey veins throughout. It’s a bit pricy, but worth it. I used it as accents in my shower for the niches, seat and threshold.
