Product Details

MSI Fiandra Khaki 12 in. x 24 in. Porcelain Floor and Wall Tile combines a glazed top with a fabric look and neutral tan variations in tone to create a perfect look for a variety of decorative schemes. This rectangular tile is constructed from durable porcelain material and has a smooth finish to provide a contemporary decor option. The tile features an impervious water absorption rating that is suitable for installation on walls, floors and countertops.
  • 16 sq. ft., 8 pieces per case; case weight is 64 lb.
  • Grade 1, first-quality porcelain tile for floor, wall and countertop use
  • 12 in. width x 24 in. length x 9.7 mm thick
  • Glazed smooth finish with a low sheen and slight variation in tone
  • P.E.I. Rating III is suitable for medium-duty residential and commercial floors including kitchens, halls, terraces and areas used more often with normal footwear and small amounts of dirt
  • Impervious flooring has water absorption of less than 0.5% for indoor or some outdoor use and is frost proof
  • C.O.F. greater than .50 is recommended for standard residential and commercial applications and is marginally skid resistant
  • Completely frost resistant for indoor or outdoor applications; use a latex-modified thinset for acceptable bond strength
  • Residential and commercial use

            Beautiful and modern
            Really pretty. Looks line a linen fabric. Has both beige and grey in it - so it goes with both color schemes. I use it often in shower/tubs with a trim tile.

            Product is Light Gray and called Loft Glacier on MSI Site
            I went with Gris version of this tile personally, but wanted to put this picture up to help others decide easier between the two products if you cross shop them. A MSI showroom is close to my house, so I was able to take these pictures in person with an iPhone 5.

            Looks good but very hard to clean
            This tile looks good, but it is not smooth. It has texture to it. After few months, dirt sticks to the texture and is very hard to clean. I used it in my kitchen floor and now i wish i didn't.

              Had issues with the finish on this tile with a customer. I contacted MSI just to have them tell m...
              Had issues with the finish on this tile with a customer. I contacted MSI just to have them tell me that I need to run the claim through Home Depot. After a couple of months of convincing MSI that the tile was having issues, they finally sent a rep. out for inspection. The inspector didn't stay long or say much. We waited 2 months for a response, until I finally contacted Home Depot again to obtain an inspection report. Home Depot was emailed "No manufacturing defects". That's it. No report, no explanation, no sense that a legitimate inspection was completed. Now I have a very upset customer and no support from MSI to help appease the situation.
