Golden Honey 6 in. x 6 in. Pencil Ledger Corner Natural Quartzite Wall Tile (2 sq. ft./Case)

The mason had an easy time installing and it looks great.

These are great if you have a deep edge however my fireplace was only 1-2” deep so I was able to just use small cuts from the 24” ledgers to fill the gap. This stone is beautiful with its color contrast.

I only have 3 stars here because while the stone is beautiful the QC I feel is very poor. I have spent countless hours with a heat gun removing glue from the face of the stone. Also, I had to purchase double the amount of corners to get corners that actually closed properly. More that 80% of the outside corners I purchased had issues fitting tightly. Due to this I would have to try and match the best fitting pieces to avoid as much gaps as possible. This is a very long and tedious task. Another issue is the pattern problem with the corners. Each outside corner box/case comes with 8 pieces. One piece is supposed to line up with another piece to make a corner. Each individual corner piece is made up of 4 or more stones. 2x 6 inch long sections that extend 6 inches and 2x small stones at around 1 7/8 inches to 2 inches. This offers the stack step to accept the large 6x24 inch panel steps. As these 2x small stones are on every corner it makes a pattern on each side of the corner all the way up and down the corner wall. Very noticeable and stands out. Due to this and many inconsistencies/variations with the width and height of the panels and corners, especially the inconsistency with the stack step lengths I had to custom cut almost each and every stone to fit. Very fine consuming. It would almost be easier if they just provided all the stones unglued both the panels but especially the corners. This would make it a lot easier to cut and install and avoid gaps. If would still but this stone again in the future as it looks awesome, knowing that I would have to spend several hours cutting and custom fitting every piece, versus thinking this was an easy panel installation. I'm only half way done so far. Next time I would completely unglue all the 2x small stone pieces from the corners, unglue more 6x24 inch panels for bigger and random length stonesand integrate them with the rest of panels

Most boxes do have sections broke away at glue joints, but I just had to piece them into place when mortaring to my fireplace. Getting the corner sections made it look so much better. Just need new fireplace doors to complete it.

These corner pieces shipped to store in about a week and seemed to be packed well. After reading the online reviews I was very careful about moving them to ensure I did not break them. I found that the corners were less fragile than the straight tiles. When I opened the box I found that several had become unglued but none were broken beyond use. A few had been overcut which left stones with undesirable notches. Each corner shipped as two flat pieces that had to be fit together during installation. The color I ordered (Sierra Blue) matched the color in the box. As other reviewers have said, these corner tiles were slightly taller than the corresponding straight tiles. I hired a professional contractor and told him about the problems others have had. He took his time measuring, cutting and leveling but in the end everything turned out wonderfully. We are very happy with our new fireplace!

We ordered both the flat slabs and these corners. The flat slabs were in very good condition with very little breakage. This is real stone and it is beautiful and the colors are great. The corners however are terrible. The only reason I gave one star is because we managed to use the pieces of the stone to complete our fireplace. You could not however use these corners as is. Most were broken apart and the ones that were still together, you couldn't make them fit on a corner they were so poorly put together.

Good product that looks great. Packaging was excellent. Much better than I thought after reading some of the reviews.

Corners worked out well. Very expensive for what they were.

As many others have said previously, the color of the corner pieces received was not even close to the Golden Honey field tiles (see bottom row in picture attached) making this product entirely useless for my project. Also very expensive and simply making mitered cuts for outside corners is a far superior solution. Also, shipped slowly and required extensive foam/plastic packaging that can't be good for disposal......Returned immediately. Would have been rated 0 stars if possible. (Also---MSI seems to have an issue with the Golden Honey color, as there is now an "Original Golden Honey" color out there for field pieces as well that is also not close to Golden Honey. Be careful to look at your stone if multiple boxes/sources needed.)

They fit. However the colors do not match the ledgers. The corners have too much brown. The corners are essentially all brown. The ledgers have a mix of great colors. I would not recommend these corners
