Product Overview

MSI's Rainbow Beach River Rock with approximately 30 lbs. bag contains multi-color quartz river rock that lend a fine decorative touch to various installs. Ideal for use as an addition to your landscape, these decorative rock protect the soil from temperature extremes, restrain the growth of weeds and also lend a natural look to your garden. The river rock are ideal for use near areas that are prone to washouts like under downspouts and may be used at front entrances to add a professional look. Note: Rocks are natural material and are therefore subject to changes in color and texture over time. Irregularities and consistency of color in each bag should not be considered a fault but the inherent beauty of natural stone.

    Same, same... but different :^(
    I purchased these rocks back in July to create a border around my back yard. They matched my house and pavers so well, I decided to do my front yard with them. Purchased twenty bags in November and went to start covering the area - completely different size rock, color, and texture. Same company, same sku, same internet code, completely different product! Very disappointed that I will need to find something to blend with the others. That’s a lot of time and money, just wasted.

    I bought these rocks for my yard. An area that I kept having to mow because mostly weeds where sprouting up each week. So I finally removed the weeds laid down some fabric and dumped in this rock and it looks great and I don’t have to mow this area or worry about the weeds any more. It really looks sharp.

    These are very useful rocks for small(ish) projects. Used them in place of mulch to create a boarder along a fence (paired with Oldcastle Mini Beltis Victorian Concrete Retaining Wall Blocks). My only complaint is that I bought several bags at a location that had newer stock (bags clean, print on bags unfaded), but they sold out so I needed to go to a different location to purchase more and they’d clearly been sitting around for awhile. The result is that the rocks don’t quite match even though they have the same name, SKU, and model numbers. Rinsing then off didn’t help and there is still a visible demarcation where I placed the old stock vs. new stock. I’ll eventually get around to mixing them all up - not a big deal, just an unanticipated step.

    I chose this rock to border my painted stucco walls in the backyard. The smooth edges gave contrast to the wall texture and amongst the various colors, there's a subtle hint of my wall color without washing it out. I like that I can spray a sealer over it to achieve a wet look ~ also very pretty!
