Looks nice and was pretty easy to install. Needed to add a small piece (1/4 inch wide) of flooring underneath to raise it up even with the tile as my vinyl floor and the tile that it was transitioning to were not level. Easy enough and forgiving as I had to pull it up and re-cut a couple of times.

This flooring looks nice, is durable, is 100% waterproof, and is reasonably priced. It is relatively easy to install, though you will have some challenges locking the planks together when you get to the corners and the final "row". I broke some drywall prying/forcing the planks together. You way want to buy a flooring pull bar to assist with the tight areas and as a tapping block. You can cut it with a sharp utility knife and a straight edge, but a rotary tool/Dremel, jig saw, miter saw, etc will save you lots of time and effort.

Love, love, love my new floors. 63 years old and laid this floor easily. There are tricks to the trade so get advice from flooring professional on those little tricks. Long runs do take two people. That's where my husband came in handy. Also, don't try and do the whole house at once. My back and knees are killing me. If doing whole house, hire a professional. Just saying.

This reducer matches the beautiful MSI Alpine Mountain flooring. I used it between the flooring and new thick carpeting at the transitions in my home. It is expensive but looks great, so it is worth it! It is easy to cut perfectly and neatly without power tools. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I had to make a riser of equal height of the metal strip that is secured underneath to the floor. I wanted to install it as it is designed (to snap in), rather than glue it down like most pro installers end up doing. I used leftover flooring pieces to make the risers since the flooring was the exact height of the metal mounting strip. That doubled height made it the perfect height to snap in and work perfectly for my application.
