I love the color, feel and how easy it was...
I love the color, feel and how easy it was to install. My only real problem was cutting them. I used the utility knife first and I noticed that it was slightly bending them, so ai switched to the saw. It was very... very messy, but it got the job done. It gives my basement a clean modern look. I would personally recommend it.

      DO NOT BUY THIS FLOOR
This floor is very difficult to install and it is not our first time putting in click and lock floors. This floor does not lock together. As soon as you tap in the piece with a mallet the last piece comes undone. The joints do not stay together so there's no way it will be waterproof. This install is extremely frustrating, and for the price of it I expected better quality. The click and lock mechanism is very brittle so they break easily when you tap them in with the mallet. I would not ever think of putting in any other MSI product or its Mowhawk sister brands in my home. Do yourself a favor and save your time and money and do not buy this floor or any other floor from this manufacturer.

Amazing!!! Looks great and easy to clean. I wanted to only do the kitchen, but ended up doing the foyer and 3 bathrooms!! My neighbor and mom also loved it so much that they did their bathrooms, too!!!

        Doesn't stay locked together
Put this flooring in a very small bathroom. Not my 1st click lock install but my 1st MSI product. Most were hard to get to stay together. They kept coming apart while going to the next tile. Never could get them all to stay locked amd it was not an easy install. A few days after completing the flooring we now have several seams that have opened up. I love the look and had considered running it through into the kitchen but I can't handle the seams not staying together/locked. Can't be waterproof like this.

          Great product to work with
I’m a weekend DIY and I completed this job in less than two hours. I have an OSB subfloor that I did not want to work with the floor in order to lay tile so this has been the perfect substitute. It looks and feels like tile! It’s easy to cut, I used a combination of a box cutter blade to snap a majority of the pieces and a miter saw for the powder room toilet cuts and door jamb. I choose to lay non-length wise due to less waste and no side pieces being under 3”. Have patience making sure all is locked into place and aligned. I put end pieces together first when working around the door jamb and then wiggled them into locking position. I do recommend this product as a tile substitute.

Torture installation with continuous seperation at seems
These tiles separate at the seams even after rubber mallot with tap block. It took 2 days to install because of re doing the floor over and over. The section that you finish separates when you add another row. The only way to install these is to ignore the 1/4" gap on the edges which contradicts the instructions. It must be flush w the wall otherwise just walking on the tiles will cause separation. I did the work of installing 4 floors with this brand due to the amount of re-work needed and the kitchen is only 10x9. Redoing sections over and over drove me to the point of extreme anger. I hate this brand and will never buy another of their floors. If they were free I would pick them up and deliver them to an enemy so they could be as frustrated as I was. Avoid MSI at all costs. A friend came to help on day two because I was exhausted. He had installed several vinyl plank floors and he could not believe how hard they were to install. We finally finished only to have my wife walk on the floor and have complete rows separating at the seems. A total waste of time and money. In addition, ther seems broke on several plans just trying to install them. This floor drained me physically and emotionally. Never again MSI!

              awesome, beautiful flooring
We got it on sale at 30% off but would gladly pay full price. Feels and looks like a premium vinyl plank flooring.

                Good looking tile look. 24in x 12”
You will want to layout the tile and measure your area methodically and make sure you don’t have too small of pieces against the walls. The surface feels pourous and chalky, it does seem to scuff easy. Install was done in a grid style and was difficult to make sure they were square and lined up. I did damage a couple tiles just by moving them and hitting the floor, the tongue breaks off very easy so be careful. I used a table saw for nice clean cuts but makes a huge mess with all that vinyl kerfing. Overall satisfied with the look and install. For the price i think i could have got a better product.
