A: Every load of wash. Ours died under warranty and they voided the warranty.
A: This machine is horrible. It will also give many E3A dryer errors and when the parts burn out, good luck finding anyone to repair it.
A: If this is a new washer for you, it might be normal operation. This washer doesn't use a water level sensor. It goes by how many seconds the fill valves are open. Part of the high efficiency wash technique the washer first fills for about a minute then turns off the water and turns the washer drum two revolutions then stops and turns two more revolutions in the opposite direction. After its made the 4 revolutions in total. The machine stops and you'll hear the water valve/valves open again and water will flow for a few seconds maybe 30 seconds. It repeats this sequence several times before going into rinse and spin and drain cycles. So if that is the behavior your machine is doing, then its operating normally. Mine works great and uses very little water. I don't understand how it gets stuff cleaned with the amount of water it uses. but it does a great job. Hope my answer helps you.

A: If the pump is plugged it may randomly stop. If you haven't opened the lower door, unscrewed and drained the filter, I suggest that first. Lint, coins, screws or other items can jam up in this area.
