Product Overview

The MagDrill Disruptor 30 utilizes our patented shallow-field magnetic technology that offers an incredibly strong grip on flat or curved surfaces, even on steel as thin as 1/8 in. The base magnets swivel and automatically pivots to conform to any pipe 3 or larger. Contents include a cooling system, extension adaptor, pilot pin, hex keys, gloves and hearing protection.
  • No electricity is needed for the magnets because all the power goes to drill
  • No disruption of magnetic grip due to unintentional power loss means huge increase in safety for operators
  • Magnets in base pivot to accommodate flat and curved surfaces without the need for special attachments
  • Partial magnetic actuation takes the weight of the tool off the operator and allows for fine control and positioning
  • Drill position is centered to enhance Magswitch's powerful technology for optimum performance
  • Magnets turn completely on and off
  • Holds strong on thick or thin steel (down to 11-Gauge)
  • California residents

Have always wanted a mag drill. I had several pipes that I thought were 3” inside diameter to drill. They were actually 2 1/2” ID. Still worked great. Would have gone thru several drill bits and taken at least 5 times longer with a regular drill.
