This vacuum features 3 suction power modes, push button power selector and a bag-less 2-stage cloth filtration system for easier cleaning and quick debris disposal. For longer run time, 12-Volt MAX CXT cordless tools are also compatible with the 12-Volt MAX CXT Lithium-Ion 4.0 Ah battery (BL1041B). 12-Volt MAX CXT Lithium-Ion batteries are engineered with a Battery Protection Circuit that protects against overloading, over-discharging and over-heating. Please look into the Makita Interlocking cases which are available on Homedepot.com. The model #s are; 197212-5 (15-1/2 in. Large Interlocking Case) , 197213-3 (15-1/2 in. X-Large Interlocking Case).

Works great for me!
I’m a fire alarm tech all of the 12 volt makita tools work great for me.
The vacuum is great when I’m done trimming out panels it cleans up any excessive metal shavings or drywall dust. Some times I mount devices or conduit on drywall it’s nice to pick up drywall dust. But honestly the best feature is the weight all of the 12 volt tools are so light for a person who occasionally uses power tools these 12 volt makita tools work great!
