Good Not Great
I wanted to love this little bit for many different reasons aside from my affection for Makita and all their tool making prowess, but alas, I could not find the love my heart so desired. I originally bought this Nut Setter to help me at work which includes driving a lot of self tapping screws and lag bolts, in the beginning the grip-it feature worked well to hold these but after about 3 months of almost daily use it won't hold them at all anymore. All is not lost for my dear little Nut Setter I use it for various other tasks and live with the quirks of being too thick to get in tight spaces or dropping nuts upon removal. perhaps one day Makita will make one that has that elusive unicorn known as the integrally magnetized Nut Setter that has a magnet that is guaranteed to never fall out.Maybe one day I will find the perfect tool, or at the very least one that will accept me for who I am. in all seriousness, this thing has stood up to a beating, the wall thickness prevents a lot of use on my end and the Grip-it feature is useless, it shows half the signs of wear as other nut drivers I have in the same time but I find myself using it less and less because of the reasons stated above.

No chip buildup
All sizes of these bits work great. they use a high tension spring to hold Screws instead of a magnet. Use them almost daily in an industrial-commercial construction environment. Love them.
