Perfect Farmhouse Vanity Fixture
The Manor Brook Barnes Vanity Fixture is the perfect bath light for a home and bath with farmhouse decor. I just love the industrial looking fixture and globe covers and the satin nickel finish is really beautiful. This light is a 3 light fixture and measures 22 inches in length and 10 inches from the back plate to the bottom of the globe. I like when the light bulbs are included in the box but with this fixture they were not included. This fixture uses a standard bulb, I would use standard 40 W LED bulbs, higher wattage might be too bright because this is a down facing light fixture. The only other negative to this fixture is the underside of the globes is painted white, not sure why that is, maybe the glare from the lights would be too much with the size of the globe covers. Not sure how noticeable that will be.
Installation of this light appears to be standard with a neutral, positive and ground wires. I think I could easily install this myself but the existing electrical box sticks out so I am just waiting for my electrician to squeeze me in
This Kenroy Manor Brook fixture is manufactured in China and has a one year warranty. Wish our products would be manufacture here in the USA but I have to say the quality of this light appears to be very good compared to other lights I have purchased including the one I am replacing.
I recommend the Manor Brook Barnes if you are looking for a nice quality vanity light fixture with farmhouse feel.

The Manor Brook Barnes 3-light brushed steel vanity light is not only attractive but the quality is great. It's one piece (the shades are attached to the base) and installation is simple even if you aren't an electrician. If you are replacing a fixture with a similar base, the wall won't need any "touch-ups". To provide the most light to your vanity, you will want to install it with the shades facing downward. The online description right now indicates that the shade material is "clear glass" in one of the specifications. Instead, the shades are solid metal and there isn't any glass. This style goes perfectly with farmhouse and industrial decor. It's a good width at 24 inches and the fixture takes 60 watt bulbs. Edison bulbs are perfect for this fixture and it will go well with brushed nickel towel bars and cabinet pulls.

This three light vanity light is an excellent choice for any bathroom. We used it in a hall bath and it looks great. The brushed steel and the finish on the light is better than I expected. The weight of the light proves it is well made. The installation was a bit more difficult than expected as the nuts holding the light stems were loose. I like this light it is very modern and I recommend it.

Very trendy and stylish light fixture, farmhouse style. Im really digging the brushed steel which is actual brushed metal rather than a painted surface that is made to look brushed which is becoming popular. The fixture is pretty lightweight for its size, metal is a bit on the thin side but its a vanity light so I don't see it needing to be real strong. There are a couple goofy things like one of the arms that holds the light shade was crooked and had to bent back in place. The other was the mounting holes that did not match up with a standard fixture box. I had to drill out the hole to get it to fit, not a big deal but its the little things. Overall, its nice, throws a fair amount of light, mostly downward due to the design. Im good with it.

Loving this retro, industrial, farm style vanity light. Very lightweight and easy to install right out of the box. Affordably priced and will make an instant statement in your bathroom or powder room or office depending on where you install. I plan to install it in my little office. I am building an industrial vibe desk using old wood and pipe supports. This light will be perfect on the wall above my desk. The shade and fixture are made of lightweight brushed steel. 3 light - 60 watt or LED bulbs and can be used with a dimmer.

Overall for just under $170 this Barnes 3 light vanity light in a brushed steel finish by Manor Brooks is a good value. The finis is nice and a quick way to update the look of any bathroom. Comes fully assembled so you only have to install it to the wall which is easy. Basic electrical skills to install this fixture and the quality is good and should last a long time.

I have purchased Kenroy Home fixtures in the past and have been very pleased with their design and quality. This product is no different. I’m a retired electrician and am particularly impressed with their unique mounting plate; metal tabs top and bottom make it very easy to plumb using a torpedo level. The fixture base is large enough to cover even a grossly oversized box cut-out, and mine was really ugly. I am using 60-watt equivalent G25 lamps (bulbs) to finish it off.
