What is the difference between this model cleaner and the old model?

AnswerWe apologize for the delay in responding; due to a technical issue a reply was not posted. But for those who may be considering this product, the response is that we do not have an older model of this attachment. The model 8222 Crevice Cleaner is the only model manufactured.
Will the crevice cleaner attachment fit earthquake mini-tillers offered by Home Depot?

AnswerDue to a technical issue a response to this question may not have posted so we are responding now. The Crevice Cleaner Attachment is compatible only with Mantis 7000 series tillers.

Easy assembly, but the shield provided blocked sight of tool placement. Removed shield cleaner worked very well.

This machine is great. I first aerated and then dethatched. Pulled 15 55 gallons of thatch out of my lawn. But be ready for massive workout. I have a half an acre and did the yard one section at a time. Legs burning , heart rate going. It was really awesome to get some exercise. Would recommend this little machine.

This attachment is truly incredible! I honestly believe it pulls up my dead grass than the commercial units I see being used. Whenever I do this to my lawn, I get plenty of odd looks because of the little machine pulling up such a large amount of dead grass! If you're on the fence about purchasing, just do it and you will be amazed. I have been doing this for at least 15 years and will continue to do so!
Yes-but I think this one will out live me. Lol

This is a great tool. The brushes are made of sold twisted thick wire, which seems it would like a few years. I went down the driveway, street and sidewalk, tons of deep cracks and this thing cleared the whole area in an hour. Im impressed with this thing, Mantis overall has been great. Going to do the lawn with dethatcher and airator when it stops raining. Overall very happy with this whole line of products.

I of use it to till all flower beds walk path when needed. I also use and love the edger every year being disabled the mantis is a life saver allows me to do so many things i wouldnt be able to with out it.
