My flooring (VitaElegante Bianca Pircelain ) began looking splotchie/dirty within the first year. Contacted Homedepot ran a few test on pieces I brought in. They sent an installer to look at it. He agreed it didn’t look as it should. He was an installer of the product, not from your company or from Homedepot. It took months for Homedepot to get back to me and say they could not find the problem. (During all of this my Husband passed away ) And I didn’t follow thru. Nor did Homedepot ever reach out to my problem. Now 3 years This floor looks even worse. I wash it on my hands and knees with mild soap. Looks good for a few hours and then yecky again. I have the same floor in white next to it and it is fine. This floor is In a dining room which gets very little traffic. Need help—what can I do to make it look Beautiful? I am VERY upset with how it looks.
