Is this waterproof
No, it is not waterproof.
I am doing a new build granny cottage ( <400 ft ) and I am intending to have a radiant floor throughout, what system is recommended? what is a definite no? I am in the planning stages and for cost reasons thinking electric over slab rather than embedded water pipes.
