NO, this is a hollow door. The outer edges of the door have only about an inch wide strip of wood that you can trim from. If you need to trim more than 1/4 inch off the length or width of the door I would divide the measurement in half and trim half off each side. I attached a picture of the inside of the door that I had to replace so you can see the construction. You can also see near the bottom of the picture where they glued three strips together. This is where you drill for the doorknob and is only about 12-18 inches long.

Hollow masonite. Could possibly hang small screws in the top inch of the door or so and put picture wire down to the mirror but it would move somewhat when opening and closing the door. The door only has wood around the edges, about one and a quarter inches.
