Great Door in Poor Shape along with Rude/Disrespectful Customer Service @ Anderson SC #1105 Store
Purchased door at Home Depot #1105 with ease...had someone pick up due to not having a truck to do so. When I came home to see door I was in shock at the appearance of it...it had scuffs, nicks and marks all over it, looked more like a used door. I paid $200 for the door and though it is supposed to be painted I expect it to be in "like new" shape with no places on it that I have to go in and sand, etc to fix. My fiance called the store, #1105 Anderson SC, and spoke with Pete who began to laugh at her stating the door needed to be painted, we could not return but could get another that would be in the same shape..completely disrespectful, rude and sucky behavior. I will never shop at this Home Depot in Anderson SC #1105 again and will discourage anyone from as well. Thanks for a completely miserable experience and a door that is suppose to be new but looks as if it has been used a several times.
