Impossible to actually receive a 14"...
As so many others have said, it must be impossible to receive the 14 inch replacement head. I've ordered it and have had people in the store order it twice and all 3 times I received the 12 inch. Unbelievable! Each time I had to wait at least a week and sometimes longer. That's great when you're sitting with a 14 inch hole in your roof. And no, I'm not ordering it again.

I have used these turbine fans but one I got...
I have used these turbine fans but one I got most recently was poor function. Too much friction so turbine did not spin freely. Returned unit to Home Depot and got replacement. The replacement unit has proper & good function. I recommend these turbines.

Master Flow 14 in. Aluminum Internally Braced Turbine Head.
Replaced my old Turbine with this newer one...works as designed and keeps the crawl space much cooler now as it moves easier and quicker with the wind

Installed easily on existing vent base, didn’t need to disturb roofing. Works great and matches the other weathered wood turbines on our house.
