AnswersCheck to see if the hole is drilled out evenly if not put a small round file in there and file it a little bit before you try to readjust the bar in pop the pin through. The pen is working properly if it works in all the other holes so it must be the whole itself

AnswersThe bottom part is rubber, that don’t slide easy. When put in the right angle (about 30 degrees with the door) it won’t move. The pressure trying to open the door will actually make it tighter.
Does this only work with round door knobs? Mine are latch type. They are levers, not round knobs.

Master Lock 265D
This was very easy to set up, adjust and use nightly, we bought one for our front and garage entryway doors. In these crazy times of a pandemic, and jails and prisons letting so-called “non-violent” offenders out, security is peace of mind. I thought this was a great idea, upon arrival we found it to be built very well and sturdy in design.
