I guess this product is great when no one is interested in stealing from you. But when that moment comes, the lock may fail you. Not sure what kind of cutter was used, but the person succeeded cutting it. If you can see the photos, it was not even a clean cut; it broke or cracked with enough pressure.

Nice locks but horrible key design
I use these locks on an enclosed trailer and they are fine for that, but the key is absolutely ridiculous. Masterlock tried to be inventive and put the slot on the side of the key instead of at the top like every other key out there. This means that it hangs on your keyring at a completely different angle than all of your other keys and is very awkward to handle when trying to use it on a lock. I'm going to go back and have a normal key cut.
