How do I disable timer
Hi Dirksy61, there is not a way to disable the timer with this unit and is a safety feature designed into the use of the unit.

How too use the timer
better warm up the oven because this unit has safety features do not allow its proper function. Actually the only thing that works on this piece of crap are the devices that do not allow it to function.
To use the timer, you must turn the timer on by pressing the power button on timer. Press the red button to start the timer, this will allow gas flow for 15 minutes. You must continue to press the red button every 15 minutes so the flame does not go out. If you have additional questions, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1.800.489.1581.
you will require a pair of vise grips to counter balance the timing mechanism or you will not fully cook your food
