          A:  Model with front doors and 4 wheels is Masterbuilt brand. Model with no front doors and 2 wheels is Smoke Hollow brand. Masterbuilt bought out Smoke Hollow.

                  Disappointing
                  Disappointed. I ordered this based on my previous purchase of a Smoke Hollow Bar-B-Que smoker. This is very poor quality. Looking at everything component while I was assembling it, you could the quality of the material or lack of.

                    This is just a gorgeous grill ! Birthday gifted this to my Brother In Law and he lived it the first time out ! He loves the cooking control he has [temperature, heat venting, etc.] with this grill, he enjoyed the fact that all he had to do to add more coal, was as simple as opening the door. He loves everything about this Grill. The 30" cooking surface is pretty big also. It has no issue cooking 6 large burgers, 8 large pcs of chicken [thighs] and a couple of hot dogs all at once ! This is definitely a high quality product. I would absolutely recommend this grill !!

                    Good luck getting ahold of customer service. Product came damaged and wanted to return…couldn’t get ahold of anyone until I disputed on my CC then magically they got back with us. Still spotty replies even then. I’d purchase something local so you don’t have these issues.

                    I expected more
                    Just okay. Hardware is the same cheap hardware that comes with every grill you’ve ever hated. The welds broke one two of the threaded collars during assembly, leaving the screws to spin hopelessly for eternity, and a wobbly product to remind me of my bad choices. Metal thickness is fair. The cast iron charcoal door seems over the top if the rest of the charcoal bed is surrounded by regular sheet metal. I like the smoke stacks, and the air vents. If you’re one of the poors and only ordered a regular charcoal grill, don’t expect to buy a model specific cover from them. I expected more; this will probably be just another two year grill.

                    Built for generations of use
                    I love our new 36" Masterbuilt Charcoal Grill. I am so impressed with the construction and ease of use we've experienced.                       Loved it so much, I bought it again!!
                      Absolutely love this grill. As a matter of fact, this is my second one of this style. My first grill lasted almost 6 years before the catch pan rusted out. If I get another 6 years out of this one, I will be beyond thrilled.
