Put on my tilt trailer, has worked every time without fail. I have a 12,000 pound forlk lift and it lifts it at an angle with ease. harbor freight also sells a wireless adapter and it plugs in.

Never worked - non existant customer support
Got this as a gift, had it professionally installed but it never worked.
The installer reached out to the company, it's basically a one person show that just resells junk from China.
The lady was away on vacation and had no idea what the issue could be, finally she admitted that the instructions had been printed incorrectly and the diagrams were wrong, but they never offered to back their product or semd a new one.
Ordered a real winch now and need to pay for loads of extra labor.
