The product arrived very quickly. Got the flowers planted and was filling the reservoir and kept hearing water. When I looked in the front the water was pouring out as quick as I was putting it in. It must have been a bad injection point and it opened up.

We're very sorry to hear that you experienced difficulty with your Mayne Planter. This planter does have a pre-drilled 1/4" drain hole on one side located 4" above ground level. This overflow hole ensures that the planter does not retain too much excess water and makes sure that your plants do not become over-watered or flooded. If the water was coming out of a location other than this, please feel free to send us photos to customerservice@gomayne.com and we will be happy to assist you with a resolution.
