My wife just loves it and says she couldn't be happier. My favorite features are: 1) it actually works flawlessly, 2) it is really quite, 3) IT HAS A SPIN ONLY CYCLE OF 21 MINUTES!!! It is the best dishwasher we have ever had. Buy it; it is troublefree and a joy to use. There ya go!

I cannot believe how much of a difference this dishwasher has made to my dishes. Even dishes with some old food left on them came out sparkly clean with this dishwasher, after only ONE cycle. Anybody that is considering buying a new dishwasher, consider this one, it is very quiet in operation, uses the space effectively and works like a charm. The installation looked like it was rather simple, the longer part was the taking out of the old dishwasher. I could not be happier with my selection.

We decided to replace our dishwasher we had that was about a year old and a different brand with this Maytag model. When I received it, I notice it was heavier than the one we were replacing so I unboxed it to find it was fully metal instead of plastic for the tub. I installed in about an hour. Our dishwasher was hard wired which wasn’t difficult to connect. I was incredibly happy with the fingerprint resistant front as I had touched it a few times during installation and all it took was a soft dry cloth to remove them. I did the first load of dishes and through in a couple of non-soaked ones in and it cleaned them perfectly. The other great thing was how quiet it is when running. One plus is the ability to put pots in the top rack also. I would recommend.

I was expecting a quality machine when I got this Maytag dishwasher and it did not disappoint. I installed this dishwasher in my father-in-law's house for his birthday because his old one was broken and he is very pleased. Installation was relatively easy because I've done it before and this was a replacement so all the hookups were there. Besides looking good, this machine is easy to use and cleans dishes quietly and efficiently. It has a stainless steel tub and sprayer. It is so quiet that I can hardly hear it running. Great Maytag quality!

Ok the Maytag Dishwasher Mixed results here at our home replacing a 20 year old high end unit. First the finish , its brushed Stainless and doesn’t go with our other appliances and yes your finger prints show up . Moving beyond the looks The Top control panel when closed you can only see half of the information as the way it's mounted. The rest of the display is under the lip of the counter. The unit doesn’t sit flush with the cut out as our other unit. Im guessing set the unit while the door is open and don’t worry about it. The inside racks are light weight with no inner rack adjustability . The utensil rack is located on the right hand side of the bottom rack . If you have your sink to the right maybe not an issue loading on the left not so good at least in my case. There are no other locations for utensil basket like the door or the other side of the rack. If you however get the next model up it has a third slider rack on the top that can handle longer items like spatulas etc. As for the high tub its wasted space as the upper rack only has one setting which is about 2 inches leaving all kinds of room on to if you not putting tall items in the drawer . Hence the third rack on the next model up. This also compacts the lower rack from taller items . Being an energy efficient unit I was surprised to see a heating element as even my 20 year old unit used the heat from the wash to dry things. The stainless interior is nice , the door is tightly sprung and takes some pressure opening all the way to load the racks. As for the door opening you need to give a good pull which the door slightly bends until open. The door inset grab slot is plastic. I can see issues down the road .Performance is good we did two loads testing this out drys well washes well though the cycles are long being upwards to 3 hours. The unit is quiet but has a different sound print than the normal water sounds you get from a product as such. The insulation around the unit its not attached to well and care should be taken when pushing it in the slot. I removed mine after it was installed as I could see this happening being installed . By the way wasn’t expecting it to be installed. Well done by the vendor who said they only deliver and install Whirlpool products. By properly installing Myself the blanket made a little difference. Lastly back to the racks and hinges fully loaded with cups glasses the tracks tend to be wobbly when pulled out and bending in. The lower hold fine except it can come flying out when opened if you pull hard. If your in line for a dishwasher I’m not convinced Maytag is the premium brand form the past . If you have the bucks get the next model up with the third slider and should be happy getting something more modern and more useful. Since Maytag is built by Whirlpool of my recent trip to Home Depot you might get a better value with a Whirlpool. Not what is I was expecting but will defiantly do the job. Only time will tell.

I have not bought a Dishwasher in nearly 30 years. When I lived in the City, I ate out, and never used the dishwasher I had. Now that I live in the Country, I eat at home, but being single, do not produce a lot of dirty dishes. So, I wash by hand. My current home had no dishwasher, but figured if I entertain, I will need one ... I am amazed on how nice this is. Looks great with its hidden controls on top. When I opened it, first thing I noticed was how tall it is inside. Much more room than my old one. Also, the Stainless Steel tub. No more tub turning strange colors! I love the second sprayer under the top rack (see pic). It plugs into the water supply when the rack is shut (see pic). I like it so much, I am looking forward to having people over to show it off.
